Alternatively, replacement of an item, repair or other services may be carried under the terms and conditions given below.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase from Phones Arena, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that the purchase meets the following:
· You return the item or items within 30 days of the date of purchase.
· You provide us a satisfactory proof of purchase in the form of original register receipt or online proof of purchase, for example, a tax invoice.
· The item must be in its original packaging (if any), is unused as received. Phones Arena reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund, or repair in case of physical damage to the product.
· The cost of return will not be provided by Phones Arena. We recommend registered post for high-value products and extra layer of packaging material if the item is perishable.
